Seduce someone at Case Caliente

I've completed the whole game except one goal. I'm living at Pixel Acres now and I have to seduce someone at Case Caliente. I know you have to go on the bear rug and ask the sim to join you, but everytime I do they just walk over, but they refuse to lay down. Above there head is a picture of me. I've tried absolutly everything. I have a 100 with Paisley and Randy and I've tried both of them. I've tried it with them both there and with one at a time. I've tried it with a fire and without and even with music and without. All my skills are up I have 12 friends, I am married, but I've tried it when I was and when I wasn't. I've completed all the goals in every house except this one goal. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! THANKS TO ALL THAT RESPOND!!!!

How I have done it is click on the gnome make everyone's motive's full then throw the party and then go too the bear rug and have someone join you there hope I helped alittle bit
