In The King of the Dead, I co-op with a friend and am able to defeat the king...afterwards however, we can never seem to get out of the castle before we die...how can we do this...someone has to know each and every time, we make it one step before we are out, we die?

Keep running. my brother and I just kept dying and we mermorise that level and we know every move I we make.

I hope I help. post more questions because I beat the game.

I even beat the bonus stage with out cheats.

I got a little hint to answer your prayers
When you fight the monster do it QUICK and press l and are at the same time
To go to perfect mode way faster and when you walk through the mist turn like you're going in the collapse ment and press the white button and you'll jump fast quick-unless your gima cause he is as slow a poop-have fun-stay in school-make love!
