Question for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King

Is it true that you can get faramir if you:

Kill 100,000 enemies with one person
Get all saved people to level 52
Beat all bonus maps
Get all artifacts
Compleat game with everyone [even gollum on bonus maps]
?
