Rebublic mod is a container in one of the lower levels
Its guarded by a mine desable the mine and check the desk read the clues in it to open the container and there ya go a rebublic mod theres a echani one there too it's diffcult to get so just have carth far away out the room as possible and just get yourself blown up don't worry if carths in the hall somewhere youll be fine just go in solo mod and leave him out there
Sorry but you can't.Like soul raider said,you can get the republic mod armour.It is in the lower city apartments in a container.
Don't bother the suit doesnt have much protection.
