Hi, I have a few questions, please try to answer them all.
1. How do I make enough money to by better cars, is there a good spot or anything?
2. How do I collect the bounty I earn during career mode.
3. Is there any cheat for getting all parts in normal mode, because I want to customize my car.
4. How do I unlock the other places in the city, I only just started and I want to know how to unlock the other 2 places.

1. Either win lots of races or sell current cars (you can even get the money from races you have already won)
2. Escape the pursuit
3. No you must unlock them during career mode
4. You unlock other parts of the city by getting further in career mode
