Question for Need for Speed: Most Wanted

How do you defeat the number four black list member if you have a low bounty and the milestones are to hard to beat even when I have fast cars I still cannot do it and I get busted most of the time because the SUVs slow me down stop me and then corner me which makes me so angry that I have busted three controllers because of it.

It is easy. All you need to do is go in a HUGE street chase and run for your life! When you see a roadblock head straight for a fense in the road. If you are low on speed, and there are no cops behind you. Runn the other way to avoid the SUVs,cops,Spike Strips, etc. Good Luck.
