what a retarded answer i'm pretty sure he knew he had to drive over the speed limit when he noticed it said excessive speeding. anyway if you haven't already figured it out: %u25A0Speeding- driving in police vision in excess of 150 mph (240 kmh)
%u25A0Excessive Speeding- driving in police vision in excess of 180 mph (288 kmh)
%u25A0Property Damage- running through destroyable scenery, including signs and lightposts
%u25A0Ramming a Police Vehicle- coming into contact with a police vehicle
%u25A0Driving Off Road- driving your vehicle out of the lines bounding the road edge
%u25A0Resisting Arrest- awarded for entering cooldown after successfully evading custody
%u25A0Hit and Run- hitting another car while in view of the police
%u25A0Reckless Driving- driving in police vision in excess of 200 mph (320 kmh)

My answer is retarded? look at your own.

1. He only asked how to do excessive speeding not all the other types of infractions you should of only put the ones to do with excessive speeding.

2. At the time of this answer my connection was playing havoc on the computer so I only got to put this much of the answer down if I could fix it I would.

3. And as always there is some other person from the other side of the world who always has to be correct and always has to put down the person for trying there best.

4. Never put "Retarded" in an answer if it is to me I know some people who have problems like this and get called retarded and they get very upset because that is an insult to them to me it is a nasty word, so look up what it means before you put it in your answers to my answers.

Ok so maybe it was stupid but I dont need people to tell me that my answers are stupid We only had dial up at the time so half my answer isnt there I was going to give good location to do this.
