When you get stuck with a plasma grenade, how do you get it off? My friend did, but he won't tell me.

Well it must have been a glitch with your friends game because once it's stuck on you you can't get it off!
He is lying, there is no way you can remove a plasma from your body, glitch/ hack may have been wad he did
Once stuck you can not get it off you, just run towards a bunch of enimies.

They are impossible to get off if one is thrown at you and sticks on you.
