Im fairly sure it unlocks a gravity gun that lets you pick up enemys (combine) and launch them. But I have tried the cheat and it would not let me do it either... Maybe its a dud cheat...

None of the codes work for this game I've tried em all. The games to easy to use cheats on anyway. Hope I helped
