I personally hate Nova Prospekt, it is my least favourite level but if you have plenty of Shotgun ammo and full health I suggest just running in close to her and emptying both barrels into her face, reload, and repeat...

If, however, you don't have any Shotgun ammo go for another heavy weapon such as the SMG's Grenade Launcher or the Pulse Rifle, in extreme circumstances you can use the Rocket Launcher to finish her off quickly but there is precious little rocket ammo in Nova Prospekt so I suggest conserving it.

You can actually beat here in about 20 seconds if you full rocket ammo and 3 smg rifle grenades. After you shoot her with the use the shotgun it will take about four or five double shots. Then she should be dead. Hope I helped
