First this hint is 100% fully tested to assure you.

What you have to do is play either one of these levels to work it:

quarrintene zone

delta halo

the great journey

uprising

metropolis

Levels to not do it on:

The ones I did not say above.

What to do:

Get in a ghost/scorpion/wraith.the ghost is hardest though.

You must get in the veichle and shoot two blasts or (twin plasma's only if in a ghost.)

The get out shoot three bullets/battery/grenades of each of your guns.

NOTE!! this wont work with these weopans;rocket launcher/energy sword/plasma pistol/smg/fuel rod cannon.

Then get back in the veichle you must shoot 10 shots then get out look up in the sky for 5 minutes exact.

After that waste all of your ammo in both weopans then another master chief/arbiter should appear next to you thats it.

Note:the other copy is inviceable/unlimited ammo/can hold all weopans at once even though he only uses two magnums that kill evrything in two hits/he has rapid fire in every weopan.
