Helping Hints for the game:
3-D Mode No Health Lost
~ Did you know if you used an item that recovered your health for a long time like the Long Last Shake while in 3-D mode, you will not be hurt until the Item's effect wears off.
Pipes in Flipside and Flopside
~ There are 3 Locations of hidden pipes which cost alot to be built:
1) In Flipside near the 100 Pit of Trials, go into 3-D near the elevator and there should be a hole. Go in the hole while in 3-D and talk to some Meatball Man (don't know his name). For I think 100 coins, he will built a pipe which leads from the 100 Pit of Trials Floor to the 2nd Floor of Flipside.
2) It's in the same room as Flipside except in Flopside, on the 100 Pit of Trials Floor near the elevator go into 3-D and talk to the Meatball Man, give him 100 coins and it will lead from the 100 Pit of Trials Floor to the 2nd Floor of Flopside.
3) On Flopside's Second Floor, Near the Charmer's House (Merlee's Place), there should be another Meatball Man (or the same guy), pay him 400 coins this time, and the pipe will lead from Flopside to Flipside.
Merlee's Charms
You can always buy her charms because you want to have good things happen to you, like Items or Expirience Points or something like that. It's really useful in situations you need help.
100 Pit of Trials Flopside Cards
Try and get as many Dark Cards as possible so you can defeat the enemies quickly.
Things to do after beating the Boss

Bogus Report:
100 Pit of Trials (Flipside, Flopside 1, and Flopside 2)
Basically, if you have played Paper Mario: A Thousand Year Door, then you will remember to pass through 100 Floors of Intense Battling. The difference is you move freely to kill opponents at your will, instead of going into a takings turn battle. It usually gets harder from the First Level, then levels after that. Just to let you know, you have to complete Flopside's 100 Pit of Trials twice, which is why I put Flopside 1 and Flopside 2 above, and also the enemies are now "Dark Enemies". I don't see a difference, but they might have higher Hp or more attack power.
Advice:
~ (Flipside) I suggest you carry items that can let you recover at least or over 20 Hp and Higher, like a Super Shroom Shake or a Long Last Shake.
~ (Flopside) I suggest you carry items that can let you recover at least or over 70 Hp and Higher, like a Shroom Steak or a Dyllis Deluxe.
~ Use Bowser mostly due to his fire, Mario for 3-D needs, Luigi for enemies higher than you, and Peach for protection.
~ Use Barry most of the time for defense and offense, Cudge for a quick kill or faster kill, and other Pixls that are needed for certain enemies.
Duel of 100
This is the same as the 100 Pit of Trials, except with only 1 enemy, and you don't earn cards every 10 levels, except after the 100th level, you earn Paper Mario: A Thousand Year Door partners (Gommbella, Koops, Flurrie, etc).
Advice:
~ Have the same items as before for Flipside's 100 Pit of Trials, 20 Hp or Higher.
~ Use Bowser and Barry as before in the 100 Pit of Trials.
~ If the enemy carries a blue sword, try jumping over him as the battle starts and use Barry, then breath fire on him for the kill. If the enemy's color is whiteish, dark blueish color, then do the same for a blue sworded enemy. If the enemy's color is a rainbow color, then breath fire all the way, with a kill within two hits. If the enemy is a Big Enemy, then try and move a little back, then breath fire on him. If the enemy dodges mostly, move a step closer and breath fire, then repeat until he cannot move on one side of the screen.
Pixl Sidequest
Just to let you know, you might be missing 3 additional Pixls: Barry, Piccolo, and Dashell.
Dashell:
How to unlock: Complete Flipside's 100 Pit of Trials
Power: Moves the character much faster, great for traveling.
Barry:
How to unlock: Go back to level 3-1 after rescuing Tippi from Francis, then talk to Barry
Power: Reflects any projectile thrown at you and hurts enemies.
Piccolo:
How to unlock: Complete the Magic Ball Sidequest (I made up the name)
Power: Get's rid of curses from Curseyas and play Piccolo near a block with his logo on it for a Card (so I heard).
Magic Ball Sidequest
Go to Flopside and talk to Merlee on the other side of the Crystal Ball, and accept the "small favor". In order:
~ Go to Murvulee (Flipside) (spelling) and ask for the Crystal Ball. She will need a Training Device.
~ Head to Bestovius (World 1-1) (spelling) and ask him for the training device. He will need a "you-know-what" from Watchitt.
~ Head to Watchitt (World 1-2) and ask him for the "you-know-what" and he will need you to find out what's causing a person to appear in his dreams, and also an Autograph of that person.
~ Head to Merlumina (World 1-4) and meet her at the end of the level. Talk and talk until she gives you the Autograph signed and then leave.
~ Head back to Watchitt (World 1-2) and give him the Autograph signed for the "you-know-what" which is a CD with something in it.
~ Head back to Bestovius (World 1-1) and give him the "you-know-what" for the Training Device which is a Nintendo DS :|
~ Head back to Murvulee (Flipside) and give her the Training Device for the Crystal Ball.
~ Head back to Merlee (Flopside) and give her the Crystal Ball for a key.
~ Go to the first floor of Flopside and go near where the Card Shop is. There should be a locked door on your way there. Open it, and Piccolo will join your party.
Loads of Exp (without wasting money)
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:
Now I know what your all thinking, " Another person with an exp trick." Well, this is free.
I know most of you know the 8-4 Shell Shock trick, and the Speed Flower and using medals. Well, this one won't waste time or money.
Read the whole guide before attempting.
Requirements:
Fleep
Thoreu
3-1
Okay, first go to Chapter 3-1.
Then, go down in between the red pipes into the cave.
Get to the end and go through the normal pipe (the one that leads to all the way at the end on the left)
Defeat the enemies and go past the next pipe with bricks outlining it.
There should be two of those Koopa Soccer players there.
Get Thoreu out and when one of the Koopas kick the shell, use him.
Go left over the pipe.
Note: This is where it gets tricky.
Go left a little and there is an orange (I think) flower, go a little bit to the left of it and turn right.
Throw the shell.
Switch Pixls to Fleep.
Fleep the shell (which should be almost right next to the pipe)
Jump on the shell and sort of press the right button so you are right next to the pipe.
DON'T JUMP OFF THAT SHELL
If this went correctly, you should be jumping on the shell a lor of times.
Don't worry, you are not stuck even though you are still jumping on it.
This can give you loads of Exp in only about a minute.
Also, if you don't feel like watching it, put the Wii Remote down SLOWLY, and leave. If you do not do it slowly, then you will do Style Move and when you go down, you will kick the shell, not jump on it.
BEWARE: AFTER ABOUT A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF JUMPS, YOU WILL BEGIN TO LOSE EXP

When going down the pits always bring a few emergency ration because instead of it healing 10HP it actually heals 50HP!
Easy 3-D Walking
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:
When your walking from one point more towards you to a point farther back (like from the first floor of Flipside to Mirror Hall), just go about a few steps and flip back to 3-D and you will pop up right at the door. This works everywhere but only in that direction.
Hope it helps!!!!

Get more coins in underground secrets

Bogus Report:
When you go into an underground room with a group of coins (if you don't know this) flip into 3D to find that most of the time there are more coins that you can get than you would in 2D.

Bogus Report:
To get in, you need slim. To get hi you need to go as peach fly over to a door above where you came from, and go 3-d.
Then go up all the way until you reach the farthest door to the left and up.
Go 3-d and hit the block. Go up the ladder that should appear and use slim's effect. Here is the catch, when the lightning field comes by, DON'T MOVE!
Go by them and when you get by the safe door, enter 41262816 and the door will open and there will be 1,000,000 rubees! YAY!

The Annoying Paper Man
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:
Are you at the level where your little green alien friend needs to go potty and the bathrooms already being used by someone else who won't leave untill he gets toilet paper? Well if you are then you need to get to the elders house which is the farthest destination right from the bathroom. Once you get there talk to him, he will offer some paper for 1,000 coins (or something high like that) say no. Then he will offer it for 100 coins still say no. Then he will get desperate and offer it for 10 coins! Say yes! If you say no he will get angry and stop talking. If you talk to him again he will offer the paper for 100 coins and no lower.
The Amazing Cook
Verified by: unverified
Bogus Report:
If you ever have an item besides items like cards and shells, take it to the chef at Flipside. (the chef that made the spicy soup for Peach) She can usually make something out of it that makes it even better. For ex. If you have a shroom shake that normally only heals 10 hp, you can take it to her and she will make a meal out of it that now heals 15 hp. And the best thing about it is that it's FREE!

Get Rich Quick
Verified by: misterhappy2
Bogus Report:
To get rich quick, you need the following:
300 Coins
3 Catch Card SPs (which are 100 each)
Dashell (optional)
These should already be unlocked:
Flopside
Completion of level 5
To get rich quick, just buy 3 Catch Card SPs from the card shop in Flopside, and go to level 5-2, which is the Cragnon Level. When in the world, go all the way to the right and go to the next room through the door, then go all the way to the right and again, go though the door. You should be in the part where when you first enter it, there's a platform to your right, then a TV display. Right where the TV is, use Mario to flip and there's an Amazy Dayzee (it's sparkling gold). Use the Catch Card SP on it and repeat this process 2 more times since you have 2 Catch Cards left. Then sell it to the Card Shop in either Flipside or Flopside, and get 900 coins.
Infinite Experience

Bogus Report:
First, see my Infinite Coins trick.
For infinite score points, and thereby levels, do the same as above,
But now go to the shop in Flopside and by as many Gold Medals as you
Can (but don't use all of your money, you'll need to buy more catch
Card SP's). Go to world 1-3 and hit the third item block. It contains a speed
Flower. While the flower is still in effect, use all your Gold Medals
For 30,000 points each!
Rinse and repeat as much as you like.

Bogus Report:
You have to have completed Chapter 5 for this to work.
First, go to any store and store all of your stuff. Next, go to
Flopside card shop and buy as many Catch card SP's as you can (make
Sure you buy at least 3). Thirdly, use the Return Pipe to warp to
Flipside tower. Enter Chapter 5-2. Go right and through the fist door. Now go right and kill everything In your way (they'll just get in the way later).
Enter the next door You find. Jump across the gap and kill the Stone Buzzy. Flip into 3-D and use a catch card SP on the Amazy Dayzee. If it
Doesn't work, flip into 2-D and try again. After it's caught, go back through the door on the left, then back Through the next door on the left. Now go back and catch the Dayzee Again. Repeat until you are out of cards.
Now use the return pipe and go back to the card shop in Flopside. Sell
Him all your Amazy Dayzee cards until your wallet is full.
