The Wii version of the game has only a few match types (unlike the other versions.) And unfortunately it doesn't have Hell in a Cell, sorry.
Not too sure about the chairs though.

I thing that you can only use chairs as weapons. You can not get hell in a cell.

The only weapon is the chair. The other systems have more wwe match types than this one, and this has only a few.

No hell in a cell but you can get a sledge hammer if you do a hardcore match
