To get 1,000,000 you have to unlock score times 2, than buy it and activate it ,than go to a level where you get the most studs(I recomenned Mos Esily),Than keep doing the level until you get 1,000,000
An interesting answer, seeing as the 2x score brick costs 1,250,000.
There are several ways to get a lot of studs, unfortunately you need a lot of studs to buy them. Getting the multipliers will get you the best results, but they are all expensive. The best place to start is with character studs, and stud magnet. Once you have these go to a chapter with a lot of characters to kill. Your best bet is c4e6 'Betrayal Over Bespin' because there is an infinate number of nonhostile characters to farm.
I figured out a way to get at least 50,000 studs within 2-5 minutes. All You have to do is go to the 2nd episode (attack of the clones) and chapter 2 (discovery on Kamino) and do it like 10 times and you'll have 500,000 studs in no time
