This is a two part question.

Question 1: Inside the palace where everyone has to stand on the red buttons, there is a hallway to the left and it's lined with red glowing lights and up ahead is a ledge where two robot trooper dudes are standing and firing down at me, how do I access/use force on these red glowing lights and the big object at the back and also the black boombox looking object on the ground?

Question 2: Outside the past the grounds where the water fountains are, you climb some stairs and cross a bridge to a walkway and at the end of the walkway you have to use anikan to unlock the big arch gate to proceed onto the next area. All the way across the next bit is a lift and I see 6 red buttons and a door (i guess which takes me on further), how do I get everyone to stand on these buttons and proceed on?
