If your talking about a strong grapple the you press R1+O and to get a person on a table you irish whip them with R1+X(this is to make your enemy run to any direction you want after you press R1+X)then afterwards you make them run to the table and they will lean on it the you press O and you will lay on it and jump on him when you get on the turnbuckle. A faster way to break the table is to make them lean on it and press triangle to do a special (but you have to have the your special meter full.
