ANSWERS

 
You can get them in either of these places;

1) Cave 1(Where you get the key from Dr.Hope) there's 3 chests. Check if there's any.

2) Cave 2(Where you can go after the bridge is fixed(it'll be fixed in Summer in any year.) Go into the cave and there will be chests. Open them and check if there's any.

3) Cave 3(After hermit have cleared the fallen trees. There's a cave. Go into the Cave. Some chests to be opened. Open them).

4) Giant Forest(A lot of chests. You'll get 6-7 yellow jewels. But to open the sealed chests you need a long way.. If you want to know more about the sealed chests. You can ask in another question)

I think that's all. Yellow jewels ain't important.. Blue jewels are important, Red jewels are important, Purple jewels are important, and most importantly, Green jewels.
