Get close to a prostitute with the car, horn at her and if she get in the car take her somewhere on grass for sure thing. Hope this helps.

Go to somewhere deserted or dark. Just like the grass or something. And the car will start shaking and the girl and vance will make noises. You don't get to actually see anything
