It's a car but it's faster than the other cars you can use it in any race..

The deluxo is a car and you can get it around reni's place
(you go there for a mission a few times)
The DELUXO is outside the film studios and the POLARISv8 is outside any prostitution bussines
The deluxo is a sports car based on the delorean dmc-12 it is 4wd and has the speed and acceleration of the banshee and has better handling thats all I know
