There is no boxville in this game, only in San Andreas.

Think step van, like a ups truck, thats the box thing you are looking for,
Now with that said where do I find a polaris, havent seen one yet, or maybe I'm overlooking and I don't remember what they look like from the 1st vice city, who knows

It looks like a van and you can get the polaris from a high roller prostit building
