I been looking all over and I can not find the
<BR>Biplane.Please tell me where can I find one Please!!

ANSWERS

You have to do the missions untill you unlock the second huge island of the right on the map. That enables flying vehicles. Then, on the first island, do the following. Go to your safehouse (the first one you get from Phil Cassidy). Walk to the driveway and face the road. [you might wanna get a fast bike or car]. Take a left and drive all the way to the end of the strip until that part where the road splits. Take a right onto that road. You should be going by a bike place with motor cycles parked in the front. Right after that whole building, take a right. There should be a path that leads you to a dock. Walk to the end of dock and there should be a water biplane that appeers. If it doesent, go somewhere far way and go back to that place. If you wont beable to find it again, place a square on that area on the map by pressing square.~~~Ok. For the real biplane, got to the airport on the first island. Then just look around until you find it. At first, you will be in a mission but you can just cancel it by pressing up a few times. Hope this helps and isnt to much to read. Lol

You just complete the missions and when your in the second island you just go to the airport then you will find the biplane.
