Check the walkthrough for this game. I've made it to my PSP but I don't remember exactly what I done. I know that you will have to download a program to convert songs. Hope I helped.

What you do is go on the liberty city website and click on downloads. There will be an option there that has a software for custom tracks, after you download it (its free by the way) you open the file and insert a cd in and connect your PSP. Highlight the song you want and click on the "Track to PSP." After that, turn on the game and click start, go on the audio menu and custom tracks will be off, turn it on. Steal a car and your set. All this is in a read me file on the software. The other cool thing is that th songs are cut into smaller file size so you can put around 4 songs for 10 MB.
