You can't spawn a heli on LC Stories. You can get a heli with a cheat device.
There are no helicopters in LCS,but I do believe there are in vice city stories
you get a gamesave because there is a heli that has 2 missles attached in gta lcs tru search it on youtube and download heli never dies unless a tank hits it :C
i have the game and yes there are helis and planes you can fly
Actually there could be a heli cheat and there is a plane you can fly it's somewhere at the airport in Shoreside Vale it's called a Dodo.
