How do I get a 5 star rating on a match???

I'm guessing you mean in GM Mode?
It is very, very difficult, but basically, the best way to do it, is have it a Main Event at a PPV, in one of the matches you can't get in normal weeks. Have the superstars competing for a title, and have the two superstars in a rivalry, that has 3 thumbs up ratings.
This doesn't nessicerily guarentee 5 stars, but it's about the only thing you can do for a decent chance.

Just make a special match such as a tlc or steel cage,it usaully gets more attention if you add promo's to it

Make a match that has a big excitement rating (hell in a cell) have a promo to advertise it and have it for a title and a rivalry in the match and it wouldn;t hurt to put a legend in the match like The Rock vs Stone Cold

Put the difficult on legand mode and then have two superstars in the main event that have had three of the same matches for three weeks and make sure that it is with two poular superstars for the title have had one thumbs up for each.and then make them wrestlee in the main event and put the superstars in the match that have had the rivalry and make it a buried alive math or a cage match or any other interesting match and then make sure that the difficuly is on legand and then you fight in the match. Make sure that the champions reign as the champion is very very long.and then wrestle as the #1 contender and make sure that you win. I did this and I got a five star rating
