Grand soul gems

I have the vampirism curse and I have one grand soul gem but can't duplicate it. I can duplicate other stuff but not the gem so can someone help please.

Go to all the Mages Guild places in all the towns. Then go inside and kill the achlemist inside and most of them carry soul gems, sometimes even two.
