trapt in a painting
Hey I'm doin a quest for the mages guild where you go into this one painting and kill all the trolls to rescue the guy. I'm done that and I came back but and the guy says he'll paint a portal but I can't get out? Anybody ever made it out can you help me?

I have made it out, but it was nearly impossible.
Make sure you have a really powerful weapon. You are given turpentine to weaken the trolls. If I remember right, there should be 6 trolls. If there is more, play some hit and run after you run out of turpentine. Make sure you use the turpentine on the weapon so you weaken the trolls. Only use one on each troll, otherwise it is a waste and you will fight them non-stop and die pretty quickly, then after using it on a troll, finish them off by slashing them a few times. You just have to go to the end of the map and get the paintbrush. Rest everytime you get the chance so you can regenerate your health and magic if you use it. You will get it eventually.

the same thing happened to me, the only way i got out was by getting angry and killing the painter, this makes be knocked out and eventually he will get up, after he gets back up talk to him and he should open the portal for you! p.s you will be done for murder when you get out and will probably have to go to jail
