I was walking through the market district with my dark brotherhood clothes on thn some mage dressed in all white called ontus vanin strted killin me THEN some guy appeared in the armour tht the emperor died called ulen athram strted killin the mage !!??

It was probably the bad guys (I completely forgot their names, the ones that killed the emperor). They just randomly pop out and try to kill you. It's fine. You should see this a lot more.
