Ya I need help, I found J'skar but I don't know how to make him uninvisible and he keeps saying "you'll ruin everything, go away" please help

You have to talk to the guy in green, he is in on the joke to turn j'skar invisible and will tell you to sneak into the top floor and steal a book(this does not get you kicked out) and give it to him, you then meet him when he says and he will turn jskar visable
