How any oblinion gates are there?
I want to close them all,just want to know how many there are.

There should be 16 Oblivion Gates. Read the tips on the loading screen. It will say on the tips and facts also.

No, there's more han that, about 60, I closed 55 before doing the final mission then found 3 more, I explored as much as I could, there might be more.
Superbird5005 is pabably thinking of the deadric lord like azura, sheogorath, nocturnal, etc. Which there is 16 of like mentioned in the tips during loading, all you can do a mission for except for the one the mythic dawn warships.
I recomend running through them, and if you find one with a 2nd gate out/in,(i only came across 2 with 2 gates) the one you enter last will be destroyed, and you will have to destroy the other which becomes a new world inside

You`ve misread the screen. What it actually means is that all the Daedra lords, 16 and all including Mehrunes Dagon, have their own realms of oblivion. While I can`t be certain of the exact number I know for a fact that there are over fifty. You don`t have to close them all but I suspect that finding each and every one will be a challenge in itself so make sure to search the fartherest reaches of Cyrodil. Saying that, even when I thought I had found them all and then completed the main quest, I occasionally stumbled across ruined gates that I had apparently missed. Good luck finding them all!

1.There are 90 oblivion gates, each having a specific location.2. Do the Main Quest and complete it so martin closes them all.
