At the main menu you go on team management, then creation zone, then edit player. You then go on any player press X on them and change their birth year from whatever it was to 1992. You must then start a new season and all of the players who you editted will be younger. Depending on how young you make your players they will grow much faster.

If you want the accomplishment of best defender, midfielder,...
Just let him play 1 game in a whole season and make sure you get
At least a 9. You can do this by putting him as a striker and score a lot.
