The best wanderer cars are the west no.5 corvette, the blue ridox supra, and shutokou leaders car.
These are the fastest wanderers out there and once you beat them you can buy there cars they are under special in the car lot.
A good car to start with is the Nissan Silvia. It looks cool and fast if treated right.
To recieve engine level 9, u must first run 1284.12 miles on the chosen car of your taste, then have at least 300,000 CP to buy it.
Oh Yea, your car's also gonna have the engine swap option available.
