Start with the Emperor and tune its engine to the max. Then adjust the transmission settings. Gear ratios make a huge difference in the way a car performs.
If you take a Ford GT and tune it to the max it should have good aceleration and have a top speed over 200 mph.
You should be able to beat almost everybody.
Well the fastest car is um let me think I think it's the um rx-7,rx-8 I know what yur thinking this dude be crazy well I kinda of but only cars if you fix the rite gears raitos then could at least about 240mph or more for bnr gtr 34 it could hit around 223mph if you swapped engine..for the ford gt it's suck really bad you think tat it's trusted me yur miskstaken some other cars the best car the um mcr skylinegtrbnr34 it can adopt to any aera's and also wen begining drive the car it kinda of lossen but u'll get use 2 it...well any information jux hollar....?????

Well dude, the best car in the game is the Nissan Skyline GTR V-Spec II, no questions asked. Personally I love that car with a passion. It may have a top notch of 210mph. But, I have used the Tourer V since the beginning and started in Osaka. From then on, I eventually suped it up and saved money to get the Skyline. I have suped up the skyline to its max and now I love it. So if u wanna drag or drift, Tourer V or Skyline is ur best options. Trust me, I totally enjoy these cars.
my opinion it is the newest subaru sti sedan with the turbo inline 6 motor swap. no spoiler and fully modded i have hit 258 with it. its a rocket powered lazer beam :D
It's called the RIDOX Supra, It has over 500hp and it can easily beat the GEMBALLA or FORD GT.
