I am not sure for the skyline but for the imperza put all of them to the right.
For each one of them move them 10 to 20 spots.
If you go to the right that will give you more speed.
If you move them to the left you'll have better acceleration.

Well for the skyline gtr bnr34 the 1st gears is :3.339
second gears :2.353
3rd gears is:1.728
4th gears is :1.320
5th gears is :1.047
6th gears is :0.862
final gears is about 3.874-4.155
For the MCR gtr bnr 34 then the gears r
1 : 3.339
2 : 2.353
3 : 1.728
4 : 1.320
5 : 1.047
6 : 0.862
Final is about 3.318-4.130
