On free play mode, select either the Fruitti or Tutti family, and enter the lot. Then

SELL EVERY THING! Including the walls and flooring. Then exit but make sure to

Save. When you get to the free play menu, select the family that has the most money, and move them out of that lot. Select an empty lot andthen click edit family. You can make a family, but the only thing that sucks is that you have to stick with the last name Tutti or Fruitti.But you get about $45,000. This helps because that cheat code doesn't work!!! :'-<
