How do you hire a rookie wen you do not have alot of money left

Go to your roster, and click 'Free Agents' and then look at the bottom of the screen, and it'll show you which button to press, to allow created superstars, into your game.

Advance a little while, and then they should appear on the Free Agents screen, for you to sign. This is also the case for the Legends in the game.

Here is how you hire rookies in General Manager mode. Go to the options screen, and bring up the menu. Now, scroll down the list of things you can do until you see the one that says Roster. The roster will show all the wrestlers that wrestle for your brand. Now, press the X button and it should bring up the list of Free Agents, or the people who are not wrestling for any brand. Find some young, or suckish wrestlers and press the X button on them. This will let them into the game. Now, go play the game and after a week is over, check the list again. The people you selected should now be able to become wrestlers for you. Be sure to get rid of some of the bigger wrestlers, they cost a lot of money. Hope this helps.

First off, go to your saved General Manager game. Then click the magazine one to bring up a menu. Now if there is any wrestler or caw that is not yet signed in any of the brands, hire him. Then just play the game.
