Have you actually finsihed the year, if you get it at 100 percent, but did not finish the entire year, then you have to do that before you get an Award ceremony, Mr.Mcmahon did say that at the end of the year the winner will get the trophy.

Actually, You have to go until WrestleMania and finish it. I got GM of the Year Award 2 times about 2-3 months before WrestleMania. So I recommend going it until WrestleMania.

At he Wrestlemania you have 100 precent on you need to defend your WWE championship(main title) against Mr. McMahoan.

When you finish wrestlemania at the end of the year it will come up with a mesege sayin' I would like to present the genral manger award trophey to ....' with a picture of mr.mcmahon next to it. But you have to defend at title to unlock mr.mcmahon
