I think you are talking about the beaver in the middle of town. If so, this is what you need to do. Do your best to climb on to the top of the statue. There, get onto your skateboard and hope you land onto the beaver's hand. Immediately press triangle. This should get you spinning on his hand. A timer will appear. Do this trick long enough and one of his fingers will break off, leaving only his middle finger! I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate and verify.
