Or, just serve some food then use the phone to throw a party, when the sims have finished eating go to the sims you are most friendly with and talk to them the option 'try and score will appear' if you don't know the sim very well they will push you away so make sure you build up your social points with them first. Also try to score with the two sims in different rooms because if the other sim sees you trying it on with someone else they call you a cheat and it wont count

You must get to 100% friendship and get them to fall in love with you and take them to the vibrating bed, (you might have to unlock it in one of the careers. Because Landgrabb takes it when you first move in)
Then you need to "Woo Hoo" with the sim.
