Buy skeleton and keep it in your house to keep ghosts away

You have to get the unlock all objects cheat to unlock the thing that malcom stole... Not the skeleton... I don't remember what it is called but you have to click on it at night and exocist the ghosts!

Hold a seance witht the crystal ball table. You must have logic skill to do this. And you must be in a good mood. To get rid of the ghost problem at goth manor when you are in pixel acres in another story. Visit goth manor and play the organ for a bit and it will activate your goal.
