Well you could just use the gnome cheat *R2, L1, R1, L2, Left* and then use the unlock all social cheat *L1,R1,Down,X,L3,R3* then you should get it. It also depends on the relationship status of the person you want to use it on, like if it's good you can use *kiss* and if it's bad you can use *fight* as an example
