I have taken Control of all rackets, warehouses, safe houses, earned all excution styles and got a 91.5% game completeion but still I can't be the don of nyc. Anyone help please and thank you.

You have to complete all story missions, take over all Buisnesses, Hubs, Warehouses, Rackets and Compounds. Thats how I got Don of NYC.
