Is silver the hedgehog in this game? There's this guy I know that says silver is in the game. He says you have to beat three egg dealers and go to the Cosmic Fall and you might find silver.

As far as I know the answer is no.
Not only that, but the character Silver didn't appear until after the release of the game.
