Win races and then beat the black list then w/ cash go to a shop to modify. Or you can get upgrades that are in "the back" by pressing the o button.
When you first start out pick the cobalt ss. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON IT YET!!! You CAN beat sonny without upgrading. After you beat him get his pink slip. Take his car to the shop and put all the stock parts on it. You'll recieve a couple thousand back. Then take your cobalt to the shop and upgrade the performance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY TRYING TO "MAKE IT LOOK GOOD"(yes it's a waste). Continue all the way up the blacklist by beating them and taking their cars putting stock parts on them and upgrading your cobalt's performance and you'll have one sweet ride.good luck!!!!! LEON
Do exactly what leon said to do but when you get to blacklist10 when you get his pink slip keep it at this point in the game it will be faster than the cobalt. Use this car to beat all the racers till you get the corvett c6 do the same untill you get the viper. Sell the porche (pink slip10) and use the viper to beat number 2(bull) and number1(razor) then you get back you're BMW and you have to outrun the cops at lvl6 heat
I am on blacklist 13 Vic and I was wondering should I keep my cobalt and defeat razor with it? (after modding it fully of course)
no you you will need to get a new car evenmtually or you will be stuck and have to restart
I dunno. I am up to Blacklist Level 6 with my original car - Cobalt SS. I have modified it as much as possible, so now it has max handling. When I beat level 5, I will have the middle bar (forgot what it is. It's the one above handling) maxed out. I have a spare car (same one, but without the same junkman parts)!
So It's slightly not as good. I have won every pinkslip, but sold them for no reason. I have not been caught yet, so I still have 3 Get Out Of Jail Free cards :D
Hey I have completed this game with my fiat punto fully modified and only in 2 days as it was raining I played for 6 hrs a days and I completed this in 12hrs
I went through the whole game with the cobalt ss and I got it to top handling, top top speed, and top acceleration. Razor was very hard to beat though it took me about an hour to beat him

Cobalt ss is one of my fav. Cars and believe me I've compleated this game more than 25 times.
