In order to get this photo ticket milestone, you must clock in above 152 MPH. This milestone is quite easy, as long as you have a powerful car to push you through this speed. Remember to try different routes to the milestone if the one you are given doesn't work for you.

i crossed over 165 mph , but it is not getting , as i crossed over 165 mph a message indicated that you have won bounty of 40,000 but the milestone not completed, what should i do now please reply me
