How do you tag police and avoid roadblocks easier on most wanted

Well to tag police, just simply hit their car. Sometimes the police will try to do maneuvers on you, that is the time to strike their vehicles as some will get beside you.

You avoid roadblocks, just find a road to turn to, but in order to get through roadblocks easier, hit the back end of the police vehicles. You will still cruise through the vehicles.
