cost to state HELLP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I am on blacklist 2 but I can't get the 200,000 cost to state is there a easier way I can do this please reply back

It's easy when the cops are after you just go in the streets and hit poles they fell down. Smash chairs tables and even pursuit breakersdo this n ull get a 200,000 cost to state. Happy?.

Just crash into everything when the cops are chasing you, then you'll get 200,000 in no time.

It's really easy.I just started and am on blacklist 14 I think and I already have 200,000+. Just hit and smash into police cars and when theres a road block always make sure that you break through it. You could hit cars and stuff. And should be easy for you cause your on blacklist 2.

On heat level 5 crash as many police cars as it takes to get 200,000 cost to state.

Crash everything. Poles,Cars,Cops,etc. Also try slowing down and speeding back up to get the Speeding Pentalty faster.

just get far ahead of the cops and go through all the pursuit breakers(triangles on map) but try not to kill all the cops cuz it takes a while i think you get about 10 or 15k cost to state per one so it wont do too good but it helps a ton. especially when you have a crap load of cops folowing you so you can take them out to.

just hit all pursuit breakers that are easy for u to get to. the pursuit breakers itself r a lot of money and killing the cops is more. even though i know this, i still cant even beat it :( but trust me it works

Alright the only thing you must know how to do, is to evade the cops at high levels; especially since your on blacklist #2. I'm actually stuck on that part too but I find it easier to crash into the big roadblocks that span across the whole highway cause you can turn around and hit the other cars for more money. Hope this helps!

Simple just get into a pursuit at flame 1, crash into loads of things then if you get too many police after you then go to the bus station and wait up there they wont bus you but you can wait until there is a few police left then as long as you don't lose them you can earn cost to state by crashing into other objects with only like 3 or 4 police after you

Run into anything that you can destroy in sight, including cop cars. Note: The Cost to State will only pile up if you are in pursuit or in cooldown mode.

The easiest way is to go to the bus station and get on the ramp and stay on the edge.when a cop comes up the ramp just fall down and respwan you can get a lot of bounty by doing this I got 4404600by doing this I know that it works because I have finished career mode

Break everything and use pursuit breakers when there are a lot of cops behind you and btw razor is surprisingly easy

All you need to do is go on the freeway where there is a lot of space, and keep driving, but make sure you still have the cops Obama your tail. Just keep nicking the cars you pass, but don't hit them head on. Break through the roadblocks, and keep going in a giant loop until you have the challenge done. I just did jv's cost to state by doing that, it was surprisingly easy, just take an exit when you have the challenge(s) complete and use pursuit breakers and cool down hiding spots, and you are done.

Do what I do. I get I to a pursuit with level 4 or 5 and go to the bus station and go to the ledge and go to the very end right before you fall off (it'll take practice). Check by tye entrance to see if a cop got smart and found how to get up there. Im doing the same challenge as you as I type. Lol. Im in a 40 minute chase (and not done yet) but with only 150,000 cost to state but with over 5,000,000 bounty. Hope this helps. Oh and btw I KILLED CROSS!!!!!!

Take your time doing this challenge. It all depends on what car your using. What ever you do DO NOT slow down. The 5-0 will bust you because they will pin you against the wall. Also, crash into everything to raise the bounty and heat level.
