Red balloons

Hello! I would just like to ask on how I will be able to get the red balloons?I tried shooting them but I can't aim it.I have found a few read balloons already but I just couldn't figure out on how to get them.

If You're Finding It Hard With Semi-Autos & Machine Guns, Use The Sniper Rifle.. It's A Lot Easier

If you click L3 you can aim at the red balloons

You have to pres start and then hold L1 I think and it will ask you what extras that you want the map to show. Red ballons or jumps. Click on red ballons...

To aim at the balloons with a regular gun just push down on either L3 or R3 to activate free aim, but my best choice would be a rifle(or the gun with the lazer on it)
