Where can I find the mission "Land, Air, and Sea Ace," I can't find it anywhere please help.

Second island cos it's the island you have to unlock! Next to the lighthouse there is sanchez, get it and you can do the mission!

Go to the hospatial on the first island and stell the helicopter or just go to the outher island and stell that 1 at the hospatil and then hit R3.

In the other Side of Vice City, near the lighthouse, is a parked Sanchez, Ride it and it will activate the mission.
NOTE : you will race first with the Sanchez, then the JetSki, after that the Sea Sparrow, and get out just on top of the JetSki and the SS (Sea Sparrow) while you are riding a vehicle, so no time wastes.
