No, I do not think that you can get a Ford Mustang in this game, but I am not sure because I have not fully finished this game. I would just advise you to continue playing through the game, and if you beat it without seeing a Ford Mustang then you would know that there are none in the game. There might be a cheat code that enables you to get a cheat code. You never know, so just take a look around the cheats page on this website and on other websites. You might see the code that you are looking for, or find one that is even better than getting a Ford Mustang.

Again, I never finished playing the full game, so you can't my word on it.

No you can't get a ford mustang sorry dude but hey don't give up looking because the cars on the game may look like the ones in real life, but they don't have the same names so who knows there might be one on the game, and keep looking around someone might have found it but 4 right now no such luck dude.
