You can't modify cars or pimp them out on this game! It is like grand theft auto 3 and the first vice city! It's like the stone ago! Haha! I don't know why they diden't put all the stuff in this game like the stuff in gta sanandreas and alot of new stuff ya know! Like this game really sucks actully!

Well on this version of the gta games you can't but when you enter a convertable he will most likely jump in instead of opeaning the door, pretty much thats the only jumping you are going to get out of him,the car, or the game, lol.

You can sort of but it's more in the cheat part you have to put in low gravity cheat then once you have that cheat enabled you press down on the left analog stick and you're car jumps.(about 2-3 ft. Depending on what car you have) hoped that helped! :)
